PAGE FIVE: Britytani Senser’s CD Release Party

I believe the Kress roof top in Hollywood has become my new favorite place to go and party because they always have some kick ass events going on! Last week was no different as it was the home to an Album Release party for Universal Recording Artist Brittani Senser. I'll tell you the honest truth. I had no clue who this new singer was but she is talented and celebrities came out to support it.Any event that is hosted by Khloe Kardashian can not be that bad of an event.

As always, I got my credentials and got down to the venue where I met PR lady Eve who took care of me without a single question and I was placed on the red carpet. The bouncer/door man of the venue was joking around about the dress code,who would be let in and who would be escorted to the third floor club where the rules are not so strict.

After taking care of the red carpet, where I spoke to a few people including Catherine Andrews the world renowned artist , Kristos the top Skateboarder ,Celeste Fianna from the CBS show Josh and JB in the Industry, and  Robert Giardina (who is Co-Starring with Christian Slater and Cuba Goding Jr  in Lies and Illusions) Lets not forget Imperial countess Madeleine Walderdorff.

I have never met any real royalty before! Madeleine is also on that CBS show Josh and JB with Celeste. Some other Celebrities I noticed there were the obvious the Universal recording artist , Khloe Kardashien. I did not see them personaly but, someone, saw Tito Ortiz and Adult Film Superstar Jenna Jameson,who's now retired. 

This event saw Brittani release her Album with songs which included, " Piece of me" featuring Bobby Valentino and " Rock Steady"  featuring Platinum Recording Artist David Banner. There were a different set of celebrity DJs  including Playboy Playmate Colleen Shannon, who I have a personal relationship with since meeting her at Glamourcon a few months ago. Page Five: Can you Smell Success? Coverage of Cadillac fragrance for Men.

You may get the point that Page Five loves parties. You're right because I have written about a few parties in the last few weeks and this one was just as exclusive as the rest of them.

I got the invite in my email about a Cadillac fragrance event at the Martin Automotive Group a Cadillac dealership which is not to far from my house. Since I'm always up for a good party, I RSVPD and got approved to write about this wonderful event.

I showed up 30 minutes before I was supposed to because the invite said 7 PM . Ialways known to arrive up to 30 some minutes before any event so you can check in and be placed on the red carpet and all that fun stuff.

So, I showed up meet the ladies at the media/celebrity check in table . Approximately 20 seconds later, I'm approved to go in and Doris Bergman- the head of the Bergman Group PR agency- did a fantastic job speeding everything up. Then, at around 7:15, the celebrities showed up in force.

Los Angeles Laker Jordan Farmer, James Wilder, Kevin Farley, Tressa Thomas, Adrienne Janic, Loretta Divine, George Stults, Benny Cassette (Fast & The Furious) Clifford Banagale (‘Bruno’)  Jonathan Goldsmith (Dos Equis’ ‘Most Interesting Man In the World Ad Campaign), Tressa Thomas, Michael Papajohn, Judy Tenuta and Los Angeles City Councilwoman Jan Perry.


When asked how he liked the scent, Brandon Beemer from Bold & the Beautiful gave a big grin and said, “My girlfriend, Nadia Bjorlin (Days of Our Lives) loves the way it smells on me!  It’s all good!” He also added to use that if Nadia liked it, he would be more then happy to have it on.

I was able to get a few words with Nadia Bjorlin. You may know her from the movie Redline where she played a kick ass chick (not your typical girl) who can fix cars, race them and if you mess with her, possibly kick your ass!

Page 5: Playboy Mansion Red Carpet - ESMG World - EA Sports

When I told a friend that I was at the Playboy Mansion on friday all he could say was that I sucked. Then when I told him that I can't count how many times I yawned while covering the ESMG World and EA Sports red carpet event at the Mansion last night. He said all kind of bad things that I can't write about in this column but You know, "It's in the game!"

Both myself and my photographer Peter Switzer was informed that we had to get to the Hotel by 5:30 and on a shuttle by 5:45 to the mansion so Peter hurried to the Hotel Palomar, had his car valeted (10.00 + 2.00 tip) checked in at the press table, jumped on the shuttle, had lots o' laughs on the way up to the Mansion. OK, going well so far. Finding we were positioned well on the red carpet was also a plus. That about covers it.

From then it was just very hot, there was no food, no coffee. Peter had killer caffeine head going no cool drinks supplied, and it was hot, cramped, not to mention the eau de porto potte' wafting through most of the area designated for the press. Porto potties next to the red carpet?? There was two of us so trying to stay on the little spot that was given to us when we had a lot of other media around was very difficult but in reality it did not matter because pretty much nobody showed up to this exclusive event that we could not get inside the mansion access to.

We were being ordered by the staff to sit here only, not to walk there, please clear this alley, and that walkway. OK, Mansion photos anyone? 30 full seconds were allowed to walk into the front fountain area at the entrance to the main building if anyone wanted to take one photo and be escorted back out to the urinal area for seating while waiting for the talent, which would never arrive.
 

The photo above doe it not look like the media is having one hell of a time? If it were not for early arrivals Hip Hop star/actor Xzibit, actor Bokeem Woodbine, who? and later Twista, (#1 Hit album "Category 5" ) arriving after the 8:30pm

TV REVIEW: FOX’s GLEE

Jeremy Meyer takes a first and early look at an episode for the new FOX musical show Glee that premieres Wednesday, Sept. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).


The 411: Glee follows an optimistic teacher who – against all odds and the wishes of his wife –attempts to restore his school’s glee club to its former glory, while helping a group of aspiring underdogs realize their true star potential.

The Good: Glee is as some critics have already said amazing as well as inspiring. The unseen episode that I saw was very uplifting and the show takes a new unthreatening look into this High School Glee club that is as diverse as it could be with your jock, cheerleader, loner, guy boy and a kid that is in a wheelchair but seem to be happier then the rest of them. The show also tackles the adult characters problems and that is very uplifting and hardly seen in a show that focuses on the kids.

The Bad: May be that it is ridding hot on the heals of High School Musical and I am not sure the viewers will be open to tune in each and every week to see what problems this show can get into.

The Last Words: The episode that I saw made me smile and laughs at the same time specially when Ryan Murphy who created the show takes it a little far for network tv by adding a line that deals with not having any gag reflexes and that may not be a bad thing.

DVD, or First Run: I say you should give the show a chance before you really make up your mind so I recommend that you at least check it out..

Page 5: Coverage of the Vin Diesel Premiere of “Los Bandoleros”

First-welcome to my brand new column “Page Five The Eyes, the Ears, the Honest Voice of Hollywood” right here on celebuzz.com. This column has been in the works for some time and I thought now was a good time to launch.

Page Five recently had the chance to jump on the red carpet to celebrate the release of the “Fast and Furious” DVD and Vin Diesel’s short movie “Los Bandoleros”. The crowds lined up outside the AMC Theatre at Universal City Walk to get a glimpse of Vin Diesel who was kind enough to attempt to give everyone in the crowed a high five. The highlight was when he did a small little dive into the screaming fans and someone got a little frisky with the action star. It looked like the fan may have gone for the stars wallet but I am not really sure. I am positive that he came with a force from Universal Studio’s security eho endured he didn’t have any trouble. His publicist gave us all two questions to ask Vin. I knew that this man has his hands in everything from directing, video games and acting. He was kind enough to give me a glimpse into each: 

“I like them all for different reasons” Vin said  “Video games appeal to the kid in me and  I produce those games because I am a gamer”. “Directing is an opportunity for me to tell a story and I’m a story teller” and “acting is therapeutic.”

I liked his responses. I’ve enjoyed Vin’s video games that his studio “Tigon Studios” has made such as “The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay”. I have not played the other titles such as “The Wheelman” and “The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena”. The company have some interesting titles coming up including “Secret Service” a game that has been announced on the Tigon Studios website. “Secret Service” puts the player in the position of a member of the United States Secret Service.
